Is the strategy session free?

Yes. The 15-minute discovery call is completely free with no obligation. It’s a chance for Nicole to understand your situation and for you to ask questions before deciding on any next steps.

The initial strategy session is 15 minutes by phone. If you’d like a more detailed in-person assessment, that’s covered by our Property Report service, which includes a full on-site visit.

Yes — this is exactly when independent advice matters most. Our Vendor Advocacy service includes helping you select and negotiate terms with the right agent for your property, before any commitment is made. This service is free to you.

We’re based in the Macedon Ranges and service Bendigo, Geelong and Victoria more broadly. Get in touch to confirm availability for your specific location.

Setup Inside Out coordinates a wide range of improvements depending on your property’s needs and budget, including fresh paint, garden and landscaping, kitchen and bathroom refreshes, flooring, styling and staging, and general repairs and maintenance.

Every recommendation is based on what will genuinely improve your sale outcome, not just a checklist of upgrades.

We work with a trusted network of registered, licensed and fully insured tradespeople that Nicole has personally vetted over many years in the construction and property industry.

You don’t need to find, vet or manage anyone yourself — we coordinate the entire process and oversee the work through to completion.

We offer a pay-at-settlement option on eligible uplift and renovation works, and we also work with Real Flow Finance, a specialist property finance provider, who offer Style Now Pay Later options for staging and styling, as well as settlement advances that let you access funds before your sale settles.

No. Real Flow Finance is an independent third-party finance provider.

We refer eligible clients to them as one option among several for funding property improvements, but any finance arrangement is directly between you and Real Flow Finance, subject to their own terms, conditions and approval process.

Our Property Report is currently available at an introductory rate of $500.

This includes an on-site visit, professional photography, and a written report with prioritised, budgeted recommendations.

If you go on to engage Setup Inside Out for further work, this fee is credited toward that engagement.
