We can arrange and accompany you to showroom appointments to choose finishes in person — or, if you'd rather not be involved in the detail, we can select and manage everything on your behalf, keeping you updated at the milestones that matter.

3 — Trades, fully coordinated

Every tradesperson we use is registered, licensed and fully insured, personally vetted by Nicole. You'll never need to source, vet, schedule or chase a single tradesperson — we manage the entire trade calendar for you.

4 — Styling, from start to finish

Once the physical works are complete, we manage styling and presentation — furniture, soft furnishings, finishing touches — so the property photographs and shows beautifully from day one on the market.

5 — Packing & move support

If you're moving out to allow works to happen, or moving on once the property sells, we can help coordinate packing, removalists and the practical logistics — one less thing to manage during an already busy time.
