  1. Define Your Search

We discuss your goals, budget and preferred locations, then develop a buying brief to guide the search.

  2. Find & Assess

We identify suitable properties and help you consider their condition, practical fit and renovation potential.

  3. Negotiate & Secure

We agree on a purchase strategy and, where included in your service, negotiate or represent you at auction.

  4. Plan What’s Next

We coordinate with your conveyancer or solicitor. Renovation planning after purchase can be quoted separately.

Buying for your next chapter

A change in life can change what you need from a home.

You may be downsizing, relocating, buying after separation or looking for a property that can adapt as your needs change. We take the time to understand the practical and personal priorities behind your search, so the property you buy supports the next stage of your life.

If the home needs work, we can also help plan and coordinate improvements under a separate renovation agreement. This may include updating a bathroom, improving access and flow, refreshing interiors or preparing the property before you move in.

What is a buyer’s agent?

A buyer’s agent, also called a buyer’s advocate, represents the purchaser in an agreed property search or purchase. The service may include finding suitable properties, assessing a property you have already found, negotiating with the selling agent or supporting you through the purchase process.

Do I have to use your renovation service?

No. Buyer advocacy and renovation work are separate services with separate scopes and fees. If you would like help improving the property after purchase, we can discuss a separate proposal.

Can you help if I have already found a property?

Yes. Property Assessment and Negotiation & Purchase Support can be engaged separately, subject to the property, location and agreed scope. Any additional property preparation, renovation or moving support is quoted separately for your approval.

Can you advise whether an overseas buyer is allowed to purchase a property?

We can help with the property search once your eligibility and requirements are clear. A qualified legal adviser should confirm the rules and approvals that apply to your circumstances before you proceed.

How much does buyer advocacy cost?

The fee depends on the service you need, the location and the complexity of your brief.
