For those building a new project either an architectural designed home, building designer home or a volume home builder package, Setup Inside Out provides a complete review and inspection package including:
  • Review all documentation, plans, specifications and engineering, particularly useful in identifying problems before contracts are signed. The important consideration is not what is shown on the drawings, it is what is missing from the drawings.
  • Review the contract prior to signing (providing an expert building review alongside a legal perspective).
  • Carry out building inspections at critical stages and prepare reports. These reports identify problems or defective work and are issued to the builder and or the Building Surveyor where necessary. These reports can highlight issues that are not covered by the mandatory inspections carried out by the Building Surveyor.
  • Review progress claims, cost variations and extra days the builder may claim
